·    Norm Bishop, MWH, and US Hydropower Board of Director Member, represented US Hydropower on a renewable energy roundtable at the Power Gen Conference in Orlando on December 2nd.

  

 ·    US Hydropower meets David Mulford, US Ambassador to India Wednesday, November 17th in Washington, DC.

·    US Hydropower participates in PowerGen Renewable Energy Roundtable.

·     In October US Hydropower made a presentation on support to energy and water projects at the Hydro 2004 Conference in Porto, Portugal.

·     In September 2004 US Hydropower representatives met USAID -Brazil Mission representatives to discuss setting up Brazil partnership with USHC.

·     In September 2004 US Hydropower representatives met representatives from US and Guatemalan private sector, Representatives from OPIC, the Guatemalan energy market administrator, and other key energy policymakers.

·     In September 2004 US Hydropower representatives met representatives of the USDOE to discuss activities we will undertake under our new cooperative agreement.

·     In September 2004 US Hydropower representatives met representatives from ANEEL and Ministry of Mines and Energy to discuss changes following new law last April and find information on rules for rehabilitation projects.

·     In September 2004 US Hydropower representative met representatives from CERPCH in Minas Gerias, Brazil to discuss rehabilitation targets and begin process of gathering further information.

·      USAID hosted US Hydropower session on Public Private Sector Partnership for regional staff in November.

·      US Hydropower participated in US Export Import Bank Advisory Board to the Board of Directors meeting October 28.

·      US Hydropower participated in session to finalize USEXIM-IREDA Finance Mechanism.

·      US Hydropower takes an industry delegation to India to look at rehabilitation and small hydro.

·      US Hydropower visits House and Senate offices on Capitol Hill in November.

·      US Hydropower held task force meetings in New Delhi on public private sector collaboration in India in September.
