Stone, Director of Trade Promotion to the US Hydropower Council
for International Development has been appointed to the Renewable
Energy Exports Advisory Committee of the Export Import Bank of
the United States.
The
Renewable Energy Exports Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors
of the Export Import Bank met June 10, 2002 in Washington, DC
to begin year long deliberations on increasing US renewable energy
exports. The group
will also discuss industry needs and recommendations to the Bush
Administration to promote the development of clean energy projects
in the developing world, and to promote increased use of renewable
energy. The
next meeting will take place in September 2002
